Specialized Self-Employment Services
Living Waters Enterprises, LLC provides individualized self-employment services for people with disabilities, from initial business exploration through planning, implementation, and ongoing development.
1. EXPLORE
Business Exploration
Explore business ideas, interests, strengths, support needs, and whether self-employment may be an appropriate vocational direction.
2. EVALUATE
Feasibility
Assess business viability through pre-feasibility and feasibility research, market analysis, competition, pricing, costs, and other key considerations.
3. PLAN
Business Planning
Develop business plans, startup and operating budgets, financial projections, pricing strategies, and other components needed to prepare for implementation.
4. IMPLEMENT & GROW Business Development
Individualized support with business startup, bookkeeping and accounting system setup, website development, marketing, business operations, problem-solving, and ongoing business development.
Self-Employment & Benefits Considerations
When applicable, self-employment planning can incorporate consideration of SSI, SSDI, Social Security work incentives, Medicare, Medicaid, and how business activity and earnings may interact with disability benefits. This knowledge can help inform business planning and implementation for individuals who receive disability benefits.

Living Waters Enterprises, LLC provides individualized vocational and employment services designed to help people with disabilities explore career options, prepare for employment, obtain meaningful work, and succeed on the job. Services are tailored to each individual's abilities, interests, support needs, and vocational goals. These services are currently available in Oregon and Tennessee.
Career & Vocational Assessment
Individualized career exploration, vocational assessment, and Trial Work Experiences to identify strengths, interests, abilities, support needs, and appropriate employment directions.
Job Development &
Placement
Individualized job development, employer outreach, job search assistance, and placement support focused on connecting individuals with appropriate employment opportunities.
Job Coaching & Employment Support
Individualized support to help people learn job duties, develop workplace skills, address employment barriers, and increase independence and success on the job.
Customized Employment
Individualized employment planning and development for people who may benefit from a customized approach to identifying job opportunities based on their strengths, interests, needs, and contributions.
Current Agency Services
Vocational and employment services are currently available through Oregon Vocational Rehabilitation (VR), the Oregon Commission for the Blind (OCB), and Tennessee Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) based on current contracts, authorizations, service availability, and individual program requirements.
