Tammy Guest, MA, brings more than 25 years of professional experience in disability employment and vocational services, including more than eight years providing statewide training and fidelity support. She has trained hundreds of Employment Specialists and other professionals in effective employment service practices.

Before becoming a statewide trainer, Tammy worked directly as an Employment Specialist and received employment-outcome awards for six consecutive years, including multiple years of recognition for achieving the highest employment outcomes in Oregon. She continues to provide direct vocational and self-employment services today, allowing training to remain grounded in the realities professionals and the individuals they serve encounter every day.
