Employment Services for People with Disabilities
Finding the right job is about more than submitting applications. Living Waters Enterprises provides individualized employment support to help people with disabilities identify employment goals, prepare for the job search, connect with potential employers, and build the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the workplace.

Services may be provided in coordination with Vocational Rehabilitation and other referring agencies, with support tailored to each person's strengths, support needs, preferences, and employment goals.
Employment Preparation
Get individualized support identifying employment goals, strengths, interests, and workplace preferences. Assistance may also include résumé development, job-search preparation, interview practice, and exploring workplace supports or accommodations that may be helpful.
Job Development & Placement
Receive individualized assistance finding employment opportunities that match your goals, skills, and preferences. Support may include job searching, completing applications, preparing for interviews, connecting with employers, and navigating the hiring process.
Job Coaching & Employment Retention
​Get individualized support learning job duties, developing workplace routines, communicating effectively at work, addressing employment-related challenges, and building the skills needed for greater independence and long-term job success.
